Here are some of the main insights:
70% of the companies have 5%-20% employees in reserve duty.
At 61% of the companies, ongoing hiring has continued.
More than 60% of reserve duty employees (or spouses of employees who are on reserve duty), got additional benefits from the companies
More than 70% encouraged their employees to volunteer during the past week and help businesses that suffered due to the war.
