Hilla joined Viola Group in July 2024 as the Head of HR.
Hilla brings over 15 years of experience in HR and Organizational Development across global, local, high-tech, and medical sectors. Her exceptional interpersonal skills allow her to build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels, contributing to a culture of collaboration, growth, and shared success. Hilla is skilled at aligning HR strategies with business goals and cultivating an organizational culture where employees are both engaged and accountable.
Hilla holds a BA in Psychology and communication from Bar Ilan University as well as an MS, in industrial Organization Psychology from City University of NY.
