Ilan joined Viola Growth in November 2024 as an Associate.
Ilan brings over 6 years of investment banking experience, working with companies to achieve strategic goals via M&A and public market transactions across sectors and sizes.
Ilan is a certified public accountant (CPA), holds a BA in Accounting & International relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
- Prior to joining Viola, Ilan worked at Goldman Sachs as an investment banking associate in the Israel office advising Israeli and international companies on high profile M&A, equity and debt transactions.
- Earlier in his career, Ilan worked at KPMG as a Manager on the Investment Banking team advising Israeli companies on M&A transactions and as a Financial Planning and Analysis analyst at PeerSpot.
- Ilan served as an officer (Major Res.) in the IDF combat engineering corps training special forces in the areas of explosives and demolition.

- Ilan began his entrepreneurial journey in elementary school, running small businesses like a car wash out of his parents’ garage, garden cleaning services, and even a neighborhood mail delivery service – often enlisting friends and family to join his team.
