Karen joined Viola in 2019 as an Investor Relations Analyst.
Karen has a B.A in History and Politics from Ben-Gurion University and is currently finalizing her M.A in Latin American History from Tel Aviv University.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
- Prior to joining Viola, Karen was a Product Manager at LeO, where she led projects from vision through full execution, working closely with the R&D team and managing the company’s customer base.
- Karen is highly experienced in customer facing roles. Working at companies such as Outbrain, Woo and Ecomotion, she maximized ROI by improving customer experience from onboarding and technical support through retention and up-selling.
THINGS YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW ABOUT KAREN
- Although she lives in bustling Tel-Aviv, her favorite place in the world is Mitzpe-Ramon and she takes on any opportunity to go to the desert where it is quiet and peaceful.
- In her spare time, Karen prefers reading dense academic history books, but when watching TV, her first choice would be “Keeping up with the Kardashians”.
