- Prior to joining Viola Ventures, Roni worked as a Senior Strategic Consultant at EY on the Corporate Innovations team.
- While studying, Roni worked for an early stage Healthtech startup XRHealth as an Operations Manager.
- Roni holds a B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from Reichman University

- Roni is very involved in social entrepreneurship and is a co- founder of Luda, the first café in Lod that is run by women at risk and youth with disabilities.
- Roni is on the Board of the Birthright Excel , is an advisor of the runs professional development for the nonprofit “From Heart to Plate”, and engages in several other social and volunteering initiatives.
- Roni has played in basketball, flag football and volleyball leagues as long as she can remember.
