CFO, Viola Credit
Tomer joined the group’s finance team in 2012 as the Financial Controller for the Viola Credit Funds, bringing a decade’s worth of experience in global finance, accounting and taxation. His responsibilities encompass many aspects of the Fund’s management including cash flow, equity evaluation, loan collections, financial reporting, tax issues and investor relations.
Tomer holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from The College of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
- Tomer served as Assistant Group Controller and Subsidiary Controller for Delek Real Estate, an Israeli public holding company focused on real estate and infrastructure investments.
- Tomer also served as a Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Israel, where he led multiple audit projects as well as IPOs of several Israeli bio-med companies.
THINGS YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW ABOUT TOMER
- He plays the guitar and even played in a rock band in his youth! In the last few years he’s been teaching himself to play the piano.
- He loves music festivals and is a volunteer for the Midburn community.
- His favorite exercise is Cross-Fit training and running.
- He’s fascinated by interior design (especially DIY projects involving wood)
- He loves cooking and producing wine: “I share a small winery with my family. We’re hoping to produce 500 bottles this year.”
- He grew up in a “Moshav” in the south of Israel, in a religious family.
